Administrative Changes for Fingerprinting Services
– Effective June 1, 2019 -

Prince George County Police Department

Currently, citizens from any locality can have their fingerprints processed at the Prince George County Police Department, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Effective June 1, 2019:
Fingerprinting services will only be provided for Prince George County residents and applicants and/or volunteers for County jobs.  Services will be provided at the Police Department, 6600 Courthouse Road, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  County residents requesting these services must have a valid form of identification and be able to prove residency in the County.  Applicants and/or volunteers must also provide a valid form of identification.   Identification must be original (no copies) and valid.

Valid Forms of Identification
Acceptable photo identification includes:
Current DMV-issued photo identification card
Military identification card U.S. passport
Valid state-issued driver's license 

Fees & Payment
The fingerprinting processing fee is $10 for the first card and $5 for each additional card. Payment for fingerprinting services may be made in cash or by check or money order made payable to the Treasurer, Prince George County.  We do not accept credit or debit cards.
